What is the quality of diamonds that you use for the Icepiks?
Our Icepiks come standard with VS quality diamonds.  You can upgrade of you choose.  VS quality is great for anyone who is worried about shine and quality. For an upgrade please contact us.

Why do you use synthetic colored stones?
Synthetic stones are created using the same elements as natural stones.  They have all the same proporties as a natural stone.  The difference is the lab created gem is brighter and richer in color.  Also, they usually do not have any color difference from one stone to another.

Why do you use 18k gold?
The higher the kt the better the quality.  The better the quality, the less likely it is to tarnish.  We offer white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold.

Can I use any toothpick to put in my icepik?
Any average round toothpick should always fit right in.  Do not force any toothpick in more than it goes on its own will. 

Can I make a custom Icepik?
Yes, you can custom create an Icepik with any design, and any colored stones or diamonds of your choice.  Just E- mail us and we will contact you within 48 hours.

Do you pay for shipping and handling?
yes, we ship and insure the product.   If you are out of the country we insure up to 500 dollars.

Do you accept orders from overseas?
